Established in 2016, The idea of IL CONO is to bring all the tradition and passion that is so well known in Italy. In order to do this the project started in 2014 by procuring the land, designed our own building project. After 2 years of hard work and long hours, everything was ready and the doors opened on 9th June 2016. The idea was to serve high quality products, and the key word is freshness. The Gelato is hand made fresh by an Italian Gelato Master who graduated from Carpigiani Gelato University and the knowledge being transfered to his co-partner. All the Gelato is made with high quality products, wholemilk, Freshcream etc. Then there is also fruit sorbet, which is dairy free and made with fresh fruits as per the season. Coffee is grinded on the moment to preserve freshness and quality of the beans. What else to say.. we did our best to bring passion over here. Come and try it out! |
